In 1886, Melanio Oliva planted his first tobacco crop in Pinar del Río, Cuba. His work paused during the Cuban War of Independence, but he resumed tobacco farming after the war. By the 1920s, his son Facundo Oliva took over, dedicating decades to cultivating the family’s tobacco fields.

The Serie V showcases a masterful blend of Nicaraguan long filler tobaccos, enriched with specially fermented Jalapa Valley ligero and topped with a high-priming Cuban-seed wrapper. This bold and flavorful cigar delivers rich notes of coffee and dark chocolate, complemented by a perfectly balanced hint of spice throughout.
