Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do. We offer a free delivery service Royal Mail 2^nd class for parcels up to 2kg and orders over £50. Please see our delivery page for more information.

How do you send the products?

We send the products in a zip lock bag inserted in a bubble bag with an 8mg 69% RH Boveda to keep them in the best conditions during the delivery.

What does your package look like?

We send our products in a discreet package without no mention of what’s inside.

Why the box has been unsealed?

The reason that the boxes and packs are open is quality control. The supplier first and then us,  the boxes are open in order to guarantee the cigars have suffered no damage or infestation.

Is it safe to buy from you?

Yes, it is. The House of Cigars doesn’t sell or trade any personal information.
